La Bella Luna Wedding Venue is located in Granbury Tx and offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. This wedding was inside due to the season, but I hope to be able to photograph an outdoor ceremony in the future. I am a personal fan of the dramatic double staircase. It photographs beautifully right before the sun sets. There is also a metal gazebo on the grounds that would be perfect for a micro wedding or intimate elopement.
“La Bella Luna Wedding Venue is clothed in stone, brick and wrought iron with a vintage nostalgic designed Old World village inspired feel. Surrounded by Oak trees – the epitome of North Texas beauty.
A breath taking 6,400 square foot ballroom accompanying an outdoor terraza surrounded by the beauty and feel of a European village. A 1200 square foot outdoor covered pavilion equipped with a wood burning cozy fireplace for chilly evenings and a nearby flowing fountain. A perfectly designed altar with decorative cast stone, tiled old-world roof top that is just in front of the pond, built especially for couples vows that turn two into one.
This special place is the realization of the great passion of a husband and wife team who has brought their vision to life. With a designer’s eye and attention to detail to craft our signature look, lush with flora, nature and workmanship.”

Yvette + Chuck had the sweetest La Bella Luna Wedding. The support and excitement of their families to be officially blended melted my heart. Yvette’s daughter Lakyn went above and beyond daughter duties as planner and bridesmaid. The warm December weather broke and we had a chilly day that gave way to a frigid night. When I tell you the dance floor was poppin at this reception, I mean it! Everyone got so sweaty we ended up opening the doors briefly to cool everyone down. The red color palette went all the way down to the bride & grooms cakes, which represented each of their alma maters. The University of Alabama & Arkansas both had a delicious role in this La Bella Luna Wedding reception.
One of my favorite parts of the day is the bride conspired with her kids to stage a fake first look with Chuck. His son in law (who was also the officiant you see in the ceremony images) dressed as a bride and surprised the groom. Yvette was able to sneak a peek through the bridal suite window. Chuck was a great sport about it and everyone got a good laugh. Peep those images as well as other below!
Huge congrats to Mr. & Mrs. O’Dell! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your special day!
